Foxconn, Apple's manufacturing partner denied the strike of employees at production facilities.

Quoted by Reuters on Sunday (08/10/2012), via an email sent through the company, Foxconn denied that there was a strike of employees at production facilities. In addition they also confirmed that there is no production delay.


As we know, China Labor Watch said about 3 thousand to 4 thousand workers went on strike at Foxconn facilities in Zhengzhou. The strike was carried out because the employees furious at having to work on a
national holiday.

Foxconn also explained that on 1 and 2 October, "has been handled properly, including providing additional workers." The company also said that the employees volunteered to work during the holidays and they were paid three times the compensation per hour following the regulations.
