The growth of the national mobile market continues to climb. Where Indonesia ranks third for the number of mobile phone users in the Asia Pacific region. Chairman of the GSM Association Asia Pacific, Shigeyasu Suenaga said, Indonesia is among the countries with the highest mobile phone users in the Asia Pacific region.

phone users are China, India's second and third of Indonesia.

According to data released by the Association of Indonesian Cellular Phone (ATSI), the mobile phone users in Indonesia reaches 250 million subscribers. Meanwhile, market research firm IDC Indonesia, Wednesday (21/11), released the news about the condition of the mobile market by the third quarter of 2012. According to the agency phone shipments to Indonesia reached 15.5 million units, up 13 percent from the second quartal and 14 percent from the same period last year.
