Shocking news came from U.S. Intelligence Committee investigation constituted the country's parliament that advises companies in the United States to avoid working with Huawei and ZTE.


The report of the committee was also advised any corporate action involving both the vendor whether it is
acquisition, takeover, or merger should be blocked by the local regulator.

In the report also recommended equipment or information technology systems of U.S. government communications are not using equipment from Huawei or ZTE.

However, the report did not mention any evidence of the involvement of both the vendor that the Chinese government or military. It also showed weak because there is no evidence of allegations and suspicions do not follow the laws of the United States.

WTC As quoted from Cellular News, Friday (19/10/2012), the Committee stated the two companies failed to provide satisfactory evidence in the investigation. Huawei in its report assessed failed to provide information regarding the structure of the company, history, ownership, operations, finance or management.

"We have to believe Chinese companies working in the U.S. can be trusted to make access to critical infrastructure," said Chairman Mike Rogers.

Suggestions, U.S. companies must do business with vendors from other countries because China is notorious espionage through cyberspace.

"Huawei and ZTE failed to provide confidence in this investigation. We have to be careful with both the vendor's business," said Rogers.

Based on the record, Huawei's financial performance in the first half 2012 turnover reached USD 102.7 billion, up 5.1% compared to the same period in 2011. While operating profit of CNY 8.79 billion with an operating margin of 8.6%, down 22.0% over the same period of 2011.
