LinkedIn is designed specifically for business users. And, the LinkedIn himself hoping that social networks can be used as a means for companies or individuals to seek employment or looking for work.


But in fact, the embodiment of LinkedIn functionality is still inferior to Facebook. In a recent survey conducted by Jobvite against the United States, job seekers prefer to use Facebook than LinkedIn or
Twitter.

In the survey, Jobvite involving a total of 2108 people and 1266 of them are labor, both of which are working, unemployed or looking for a job. Among the workforce, 69 percent of whom are job seeker members and 9 percent are people who want to find a new job.

And the result, 52 percent of job seekers prefer Facebook as a means of finding a job. This number is far greater than the danger LinkedIn 38 percent. Meanwhile, there are 34 percent of respondents who use Twitter. The amount of each increase compared to 2011.

CEO of Jobvite, Dan Finnigan said that social media today has become a very important tool in the search for employment or career development. But this is also a positive thing for the provider of job providers like Jobvite.
