Samsung has just release the Galaxy S III version of the tiny four-inch screen. In addition to screen size, what distinguishes the Galaxy S III Mini's with the 'big brother'?
Certainly looks striking difference of the size of the screen, if the Galaxy S III using the LCD size 4.8 inch mini version measuring only 4 inches, so is a matter of getting smaller screen resolutions.
Galaxy S III has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, while 'the brother' measures just 800 x 480 pixels. The
impact is clear, the resulting picture quality far adrift though both will use the same Super AMOLED.
Even so the 'brains' behind the two smartphone. Galaxy S III to use 4 core 1.4 GHz processor which is very powerful, while the Mini version is only carrying a chip STE U8420 dual-core 1 GHz untested abilities.
Second camera lens is also different phones, the Galaxy S III using 8 MP while the mini version has only 5 MP. This makes them have a very significant difference when used to record video or take pictures.
Both are also different connectivity support, if the Galaxy S III is able to be used on the 4G LTE network while the Galaxy S III Mini is still struggling in 3G. Fortunately this difference was not influential for users in Indonesia.
