Asus Padfone has launched a new device that is a combination of smartphones and tablets in Taiwan. The device comes with a unique renewal Padfone features than earlier versions.
Quoted from Slashgear, Tuesday (16/10/2012), this smartphone has a 4.7-inch Super IPS + 720p,
quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 processor, Sony BSI sensor 13 MP camera and 1.2 MP front camera. In addition, the new smartphone is also strengthened with 2GB RAM, battery 2.140mAh, NFC, and the 50GB Asus WebStorage.
For Connectivity, Padfone 2 has support for WCDMA and LTE. According to Engadget website, for LTE models will be available in North America, Australia, and Japan.
For now, the device is running an operating system Android Ice Cream Sandwich, but Asus said that the renewal of Jelly Bean will soon be sampled.
Meanwhile remedy tablets, this device brings a 10.1-inch display with a 5000 mAh battery and weighs 514 grams (without smartphone), and if the smartphone is equipped with a weight will be 649 grams. Padfone 2 will be available in Taiwan next week.
