Newer lenses for the Olympus Micro Four Thirds Cameras

Enliven option that carries the camera lens for the Micro Four Thirds system, not long ago, Olympus  product release. They say this new lens suitable for the street photographer.

The lens in question is M. Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8. He is a wide-angle lens with a focal range equivalent to
34mm on 35mm and has a maximum aperture of f/1.8 at the numbers.

Well, with a large aperture and focal lenght, the Olympus claims its products are suitable for street photography, landscape or shooting in low light conditions (low-light).

Construction of the lens is mostly metal and displays Snapshot Focus mechanism with distance indicator that can be found in the lens of 12 mm. It consists of 9 elements in 6 groups to produce a sharp narrow space. Included in the design of the lens is 3 aspherical lens elements and Dual Super Aspherical elements.

So to help reduce flare and ghosting,  extra-low reflection optical coating. Own focus ring allows the user to switch manual or auto focus mode quickly.

It has a 1.4-inch length, this lens will certainly not be a hassle when invited to a walk. Quoted from SlashGear, Wednesday (28/11/2012), the gear is priced $ 499 or about USD 4.7 million (USD 1 = Rp 9.595) and available in December.
