Apple agreed to peace with HTC, which they agreed to license the technology for 10 years. Is this some sort of peace deal will be done with his nemesis Apple, Samsung?


Some analysts said, the road to peace between Apple and Samsung is still long. In fact, some have argued
that Apple deliberately peace with HTC to be more focused in its legal battle against Samsung.

"Samsung and Google are more difficult to reach agreement than HTC. Agreement will occur but may not predict when," said patent expert, Floria Mueller.

What's more, Apple and Samsung is very fierce competition to be the world's largest smartphone manufacturer. Therefore, it is still difficult for them to reconcile.

"With the agreement HTC, Apple sure they could focus all efforts to disrupt the Samsung hard as possible," said Ben Wood, analyst at CCS Insight.

"Eliminating the threat of a lawsuit that did not end well for HTC vital because they need to focus 100% to make the company back on track," added Wood bheNET quote from the Financial Times on Monday (12/11/2012).
