Wrong Use of Work, Apple Sued Photographer

Apple once again have to deal with legal issues, but this time the problem comes not rolled out by the rival technology companies.

Instead, a claim the Cupertino company was launched by a photographer. Sabine is Liewald, the Swiss
photographer who accused Apple has abused his photo.

Liewald, took the case to the legal sphere of the image titled 'Eye Closeup' used to promote Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch Retina Display.

Presented by Liewald, Apple does have bought the rights to use that image of his agent in New York, Factory Downtown, but for the purpose of layout (comping) only. And that happened lately is, the photo eye with make-up was also used for the purposes of advertising campaigns MBP, quoted from Cnet, Sunday (14/10/2012).

Charges were filed in U.S. District Court that also contains a request nominal damages and others. Top of this suit, Apple would not comment.
